Fill Out The Registration Form

Team 1225 requires all members to complete a short form that gathers contact information for the student and the parent.

FIRST® Consent & Release Agreement

All members of the FIRST community must complete a Consent and Release agreement to compete in any FIRST Robotics Competition.

             Heads up!  This process can be tricky, if you need assistance during any point in the proccess please reach out HERE or a see a mentor during a meeting.

  • Parent, go to firstinspires.org
    1. Click "Register" in the top right corner**
    2. After registering, go to your dashboard
    3. Click the "Parent/Guardian-Youth" Tab
    4. Click "Add Youth"
    5. Complete Consent and Release Forms

  • Student, go to firstinspires.org
    1. Click "Register" in the top right corner
    2. After registering, go to your dashboard
    3. Search for and join Team 1225
    4. Complete Consent and Release Forms

Join a Meeting!

As long as you have completed the registration form, then you are ready to join us at a meeting!
Team 1225 is now meeting regularly, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30 - 7:30 pm at the Boys and Girls Club of Henderson County.
