These platforms provide their own security measures and compliance protocols. Mentors and team administrators are strongly encouraged to use two-factor authentication and follow best practices for data protection.

We retain student records for up to ten (10) years following graduation or the last date of participation in Team 1225. This retention period supports compliance, alumni tracking, and program accountability. Data may be retained longer in exceptional cases involving safety, legal, or medical documentation.

We use Google Analytics, implemented through Google Tag Manager, to monitor traffic and engagement on the Site. This may involve the use of cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics tools.
